By accessing or using Pixelbones Play at play.pixelbones.com, including any of our individual games such as Pixel Hook, and including access via a Discord Activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Services. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 11. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Pixelbones Play is a browser-based gaming platform hosting multiple free-to-play web games, including Pixel Hook. Games can be played directly at play.pixelbones.com or, where available, as a Discord Activity from within Discord.

We may add, modify, or discontinue individual games or features at any time without prior notice, though we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to registered users.

You may create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or (when playing via the Discord Activity) your Discord account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, leaderboards, or in-game economies is prohibited.
• Account linking — if you sign in with Google or Discord using an email that matches an existing account, we link them into a single account rather than creating a duplicate, so your progress stays in one place.
• Age requirement — you must meet the minimum age required to use Discord and/or to lawfully form an agreement with us in your jurisdiction. If we learn an account belongs to someone below the applicable minimum age, we may suspend or remove it.

When you play Pixel Hook as a Discord Activity, the game runs inside Discord's client, and network requests are routed through Discord's proxy infrastructure as part of how Activities function. By using this mode, you also agree to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which govern your use of Discord itself.

Availability of the Discord Activity may depend on Discord's own platform rules — for example, unverified apps may only be launchable in smaller servers or direct messages, per Discord's policies, independent of anything we control.

Pixel Coins and any other in-game currency, items, scores, or achievements ("Virtual Items") exist solely within Pixelbones Play and have no real-world monetary value. Virtual Items:

• Cannot be exchanged for real money, cash equivalents, or transferred outside the platform.
• Cannot be traded, sold, or transferred between accounts or to third parties.
• Are non-refundable and may be adjusted, reset, or removed by us at our discretion, including to correct bugs, exploits, or errors.

When using Pixelbones Play, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use automation/bots, or manipulate scores, leaderboards, or Virtual Items in unintended ways.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or Pixelbones staff.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Interfere with the platform's infrastructure, including excessive automated requests or attempts to bypass rate limits or security controls.

Violation of this section may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our discretion, proportional to the severity of the violation.

All games, artwork, code, logos, and content on Pixelbones Play are owned by Pixelbones Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Your account data, scores, and any user-generated content (such as a chosen username) remain associated with you, but you grant us a license to display and use them as necessary to operate the service (for example, showing your username on a leaderboard).

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our discretion to protect the platform and its users. You may also request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us (see Section 12), which will remove your account data per our Privacy Policy.

Pixelbones Play is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the service, including any Discord Activity, will be free of bugs, downtime, or data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelbones Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms & Services from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or via a notice on the site.
